Using this site

By using the Tribe Business website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Applications and membership

Anyone can apply. Applying does not guarantee membership. We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion to keep the community a good fit for everyone in it. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Community conduct

Treat other members with respect. No harassment, discrimination, spam, pressure selling or sharing another member's private information outside the community. We may suspend or end a membership for conduct that harms the community.

Payments, events and retreats

Membership fees, event tickets and retreat bookings are described at the point of purchase, along with the cancellation and refund terms that apply to that booking. Prices are in Australian dollars. Dates, venues, speakers and itineraries can change, and we will let you know as early as we can if they do.

Content

Everything on this site and in the member portal, including courses, resources, photos and video, belongs to Tribe Business or its contributors. It is for your personal use as a member. Please do not copy, resell or publish it without our written permission. Anything you post stays yours, but you give us permission to display it within the platform.

No professional advice

Content across the business, wealth and health pillars is general information from people sharing their experience. It is not financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Speak to a qualified professional before making decisions, and check with your doctor before starting any new training or health routine.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, we provide the site and community as is, and our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding what you paid for it.
