Masterminds
A room of people who won't let you coast.
Small, facilitated groups of ambitious operators who meet regularly, share what's actually happening, and hold each other to what they said they'd do.
How It Works
Small groups. Regular rhythm. Real accountability.
A Tribe Business mastermind is a small group of members who meet on a set rhythm and work on each other's businesses. Groups are deliberately kept small so everyone gets real airtime and nobody sits at the back.
Sessions are facilitated, so the conversation stays useful. You bring the real numbers and the real problem, not the tidied-up version, and the room helps you work out the next move.
Between sessions you're paired with someone who checks in. It's the difference between a good idea and a thing that gets done.

In the Room
What happens in a session
Every session follows a structure so the time gets used well, and so the quieter people in the room get heard too.
Wins & Numbers
Everyone opens with what actually moved since last time: revenue, launches, hires, habits. Real numbers, no spin.
Hot Seats
One or two members put their biggest problem in front of the group and get worked on properly.
Strategy Work
Pricing, offers, funnels, hiring, cash. Whatever is actually blocking growth this quarter.
Introductions
Doors get opened in the room. Customers, suppliers, operators and people worth knowing.
Health Check-In
Sleep, training, energy. If the operator is running down, so is the business.
Commitments
Everyone leaves with two or three specific commitments the group will ask about next month.
The Rhythm
A typical month
Week 1 · Mastermind Session
The main event. Two to three hours together, in person where possible, working through the room.
Week 2 · Accountability Pairs
Paired check-ins between sessions. Short, direct, and hard to skip when someone is expecting you.
Week 3 · Deep Dive or Guest
A focused session on one topic like tax, systems, marketing or health, or a guest worth listening to.
Week 4 · Social & Reset
Something informal. A dinner, a training session, a walk. This is where the friendships get built.
Who It's For
Ambitious, generous and willing to be honest.
Masterminds work when everyone in the room is genuinely trying to grow and genuinely willing to help. You don't need a certain revenue number. You just need to show up, be straight about where you're at and give as much as you take.
If you want a room where people know your goals and will ask you about them, this is it.
