We only collect what we need to run the community, and we never sell your information.

Who we are
Tribe Business (also trading as Tribe FI) runs a private membership community, masterminds, events and retreats in Australia. You can reach us any time at admin@tribefi.com.au.
What we collect
- Application details you give us: name, email, phone, location, what you are building and the areas you are interested in.
- Member account details: your login email, profile information, photo and anything you choose to add to your profile.
- Event and retreat details where relevant: dietary requirements, shirt size, emergency contact and any medical notes you share with us so we can look after you on the ground.
- Activity in the member portal, such as course progress and health check-ins you choose to record.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited.
How we use it
To review applications, run your membership, organise events and retreats, keep the community safe, respond to you, and improve the platform. We may email you about your membership, upcoming events and community news. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the platform: our hosting and database provider, our form and email delivery providers, and venues or suppliers where that is necessary to deliver an event you have booked. We never sell your personal information. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Your information is stored in secured, access-controlled databases. Access to member and guest records is limited to Tribe Business administrators. Sensitive details such as medical notes are only visible to administrators, never to other members.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data. Email admin@tribefi.com.au and we will action it. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in to the member portal. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
